AAC Annual General Meeting Proposed Agenda

March 6, 2025, 7:00 p.m.

1.       Call to Order -quorum will be 20% of our membership (92 as of 2-10-2025) 18 members needed

2.       Adoption of Agenda - MOTION

3.       Approval of Minutes of Annual General Meeting March 7, 2024 - MOTION

4.       Board Introductions & Reports

a.       President

b.      Treasurer – 2025 budget and 2024 financial statements - MOTION - to accept the 2025 budget and 2024 financial statements of the AAC as prepared by Metrix Accounting

c.       Exhibition Chair

d.       Executive Director

5.       Elections - Vacancies

a.       Secretary (executive) - 2 year term – March 2025 – March 2027 (Monthly commitment approx. 2.5 hours a month)

b.       Director, Fundraising Chair – 1 year term - March 2025 – March 2026 (Monthly commitment approx. 1.5 hours a month-attending a meeting on the first Thursday at 5:30pm and discussing club goals and issues)

c.        Director, Membership Chair – 1 year term - March 2025 – March 2026 (Monthly commitment approx. 1.5 hours a month-attending a meeting)

d.       Director, member at large – 1 year term - March 2023 – March 2024 (Monthly commitment approx. 1.5 hours a month-attending a meeting)
